Ages 7–12*

These are fun 3-hour (9am to 12pm) or full day (9am-3pm), hands-on immersive hospitality workshops similar to our Kids Only P.N.O. Pizzeria Workshop but designed especially for No School Days. Currently offering 2/15 and 2/16 during winter recess. 

The workshops are led by hospitality professionals with CPR & First Aid training (6:1 ratio) and feature an interdisciplinary curriculum that teaches life skills through the art of cooking and hospitality, and inspires creativity and entrepreneurship.

The studio is not allergen-free, but most dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.

We use all the same high quality, organic ingredients available to our micro bakery and pizza popups ie extra virgin olive oil, french butter, whole ingredients and no seed oils. 

Each participant will work collaboratively with instructors to: 

• Recreate a popup restaurant experience
  
  

• Practice making pizza or pasta dough from scratch using their hands

• Preparing their own meal and extra dough to take home

• Responsible for setting and clearing a communal table and serving with others.   

The meal includes:

• Organic veggie crudité

• Artisanal pizza or pasta

• A scoop of Strauss vanilla ice cream

• Non-caffeinated drink or water

$85 per child
(Includes supervised meal prepared by child, instruction, and materials)

$300 for 4 workshops
($75 per workshop)

Includes:

• Any 4 No School Days Workshops

• Priority registration

• Flexible date selection during the active pass period

Season passes are limited and count toward overall capacity.

Capacity Guidelines

• Limited enrollment per session

• Season pass holders and drop-ins count equally toward capacity

• Dates released in advance to allow planning

Private Buyouts Available
Private No School Days Workshops are available for birthdays, school groups, and special celebrations. Pricing shared upon inquiry.

Cancellations & Changes

Due to advance planning, staffing, and ingredient sourcing, all workshops are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may be transferred to a future workshop one time, based on availability.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop are not eligible for transfer or credit.

• No-shows forfeit the workshop.

In the rare event that Poppy Street must cancel a workshop, families will receive a full credit or refund.
