In 2020, we developed our signature neo-Sicilian, slow-fermented pizza dough and became known for our unexpectedly delicious flavor combinations and Avant-Gard(en) style --including vegan and gluten free options.  Our pizzas are gently hand-stretched and topped with the finest, seasonal ingredients available.
