Kids Pizzeria Workshop (aka Parent Night Out)

A three-hour, drop-off experience where kids step into the world of an imaginary pizzeria—learning to make dough by hand, craft their own pizza dinner, and participate in a shared, restaurant-style operation.

While they cook, create, and connect—you get your evening back.

We use all the same high quality, organic ingredients available to our micro bakery and pizza popups ie extra virgin olive oil, whole ingredients and no seed oils. 

Each workshop is led by adult instructors trained in CPR & First Aid (6:1 child-to-instructor ratio) and capped at 12. 

For safety, children do not use knives or ovens, allowing kids to focus on creativity, teamwork, and  developing a broader understanding of hospitality.

The studio is not allergen-free, but most dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.

Each participant will:

• Make pizza dough from scratch using their hands

• Hand-craft their own artisanal pizza for dinner

• Take home additional dough they prepared
  

The evening meal includes:

• Organic veggie crudité

• Artisanal pizza

• A scoop of Strauss vanilla ice cream

• Non-caffeinated drink or water

Private Buyouts Available
Private workshops are available for birthdays, school groups, and special celebrations. Pricing shared upon inquiry.

Cancellations & Changes

Due to advance planning, staffing, and ingredient sourcing, all workshops are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may be transferred to a future workshop one time, based on availability.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop are not eligible for transfer or credit.

• No-shows forfeit the workshop.

In the rare event that Poppy Street must cancel a workshop, families will receive a full credit or refund.

• Missed workshops do not roll over

• Workshops must be selected during the active membership or pass period

• Membership billing is not paused for travel, illness, or schedule conflicts
